Trisha returns as Chiru's heroine???
It looks as if Trisha is fast becoming an 'old habit' of director Prabhudeva.
For some mysterious reason, the team of 'Shankardada Zindabad' just hasn't been able to make its mind up about the film's heroine. Initially, everybody was bent on bringing Vidhya Balan in as the heroine. She just wouldn't accept the offer because she had old scores to settle with the south Indian film industry and she is very busy with her Bollywood offers.
Then, there was Asin. She was okay until the Hindi version of 'Ghajini' with Aamir Khan happened.
Prabhudeva and Trisha are very good friends. There were rumors that the actress was the one who had recommended him as the director of the Tamil version of 'Pokkiri'. She had already worked as heroine in both the films that Prabhudeva had directed in Telugu.
Now, it seems the director is eager to bring her in as the heroine of 'Shankardada Zindabad'. She was Chiranjeevi's heroine in his previous film 'Stalin' too, so he isn't going to be that pleased about working with her in two consecutive films.
What we don't understand is- why has it become so difficult to find a heroine for a Megastar film???
